Work with David
Most people can tell you what is wrong with their work. Moving it is the part that goes faster with someone who has spent 35+ years on the other side of that conversation. Three ways to do that — one to one, month to month, or in a room with people doing the same thing.
Get hired. Stay hired. Get promoted.™
One to one
Ninety minutes at a time. Sold as packages, never as an hourly rate.
Built on the Job Joy Fulfillment Framework™ (JJFF™). You arrive with a block you have already named; you leave with one test you can run before the next session. If you have not named it yet, the workbook does that part free.
For someone who wants to know this is real before committing.
Book one sessionThe shortest span in which a block actually moves.
Book the threeFor someone deciding whether to move, ask, or stay — and who wants evidence either way.
Book the quarterMonth to month — this is the membership
Recurring, cancel any month. There is no separate membership beside it.
Coaching fixes a named thing. Mentoring is for the long arc — staying hired, getting promoted, and not drifting back into the room you just climbed out of. It bills monthly, which means it has to be worth paying for again every month. That keeps it honest.
The price of a single session, with a month of access around it.
Start monthlyFor someone mid-move — a new role, a reorg, a decision with a deadline on it.
Start monthly plusIn a room
Where the discount belongs — one more seat costs almost nothing.
The cohort, run live over four sessions. The reason to discount here rather than on 1:1 is arithmetic, not generosity: an extra seat in a room David is already standing in has almost no marginal cost, while an extra 1:1 session costs ninety minutes he cannot get back.
One person, one seat, next open cohort.
Take a seatTwo peers and you. The work survives contact with Monday because someone else was there.
Book three seatsPeople problems become business problems. This is the version bought by the person responsible for the team.
See engagementsPick a time
You are choosing from hours he is actually free. Pick one and it writes itself into his calendar and yours, with a Teams link on the invite.
Pick one above. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never touch this site.
Open times only. You give your name, your company and what you want to work on, so David arrives already knowing.
You get the invite and the Teams link. David gets the booking on his calendar with your details on it.
Choose a time that works, tell him which package you are here for, and it is booked. Opens in a new tab.
Start with the free JJFF™ workbook. It takes about twenty minutes and it ends with your block named and one test written. Bring that to a single session and the ninety minutes goes twice as far.
Buying for a team rather than yourself? That is an engagement, and it is scoped differently.
Sessions are 90 minutes, held remotely on Microsoft Teams. Packages are used within their stated window. Rescheduling is fine with 24 hours’ notice. Mentoring bills monthly and can be cancelled any month before the next date. Nothing here grants any commercial licence to the Job Joy Fulfillment Framework™ (JJFF™) — licensing is separate and written.
