Logo files for apparel, signage, vehicle wraps and print. Send this page to whoever is making it — everything they need is on it. SVG scales to any size without redrawing.
Three lines in the brush frame. The default mark — use it wherever there is room.
Badge plus the name, side by side. For wide, short spaces — email signatures, site headers, banners.

One colour black.
Outline the text before sending to a vendorTRE alone in the same frame. Use below 180px, where the third line of the primary badge closes up.
tre-compact-reverse.svg
All cream. Dark and green grounds. Also served as tre-compact-mono-cream — same artwork, one file.
The badge on its own square, set at 72% of the canvas so nothing clips when a platform crops it to a circle.
The frame with nothing in it — for holding a portrait or a pull quote. Not a substitute mark.
Get hired. Stay hired. Get promoted. Always one colour — never tinted across the ladder.

Third beat alone, cream. Dark garments.
Outline the text before sending to a vendorWhy the frame has gaps. The box is the logo. It is square, but open on several sides — and every opening is drawn on purpose, not a hiccup of the brush. Same idea the books carry: a structure you can actually get into.
So the gaps are artwork, not a defect. Do not close them, even them up, or redraw the frame as a clean rectangle. If a vendor tidies the strokes, the mark stops meaning anything and becomes a box.
Colours
Green #42621A, Cream #F5F0E0, Ink #1A1A1A. Nothing else — no gradients, no metallics, no fourth colour.
Clear space
One eighth of the mark’s width on every side, measured from the outer edge of the frame stroke.
Placed width is printed width
Every file is trimmed to its own artwork. Set a file to three inches and you get a three-inch mark — not a three-inch box with a smaller mark floating inside it.
Primary badge floor
180px on screen, 1.5in in print. Below this the third line closes up — use the compact badge instead.
Horizontal lockup floor
260px on screen, 2.5in in print.
Compact badge floor
16px on screen, 0.6in in print.
Embroidery floor
1.9in minimum on any mark. Below that the horizontal stroke falls under 1.2mm and satin stitch closes the frame openings. The frame device is not a rescue — same frame, same stroke fractions, same failure width.
Garment placement
Cap front 2.25in · left chest 3in · centre chest 4–4.5in · full back 11in. Cap back strap takes the third beat alone at 1.5in.
Vehicle and signage
6in cap height on a door, 9in on a tailgate. Use the reverse or one-colour versions — they hold at speed.
Which file to send
SVG for anything being made — wraps, embroidery, large format, print. PNG is for approvals and slides only.
Outline the type first
The three-beat lines and the horizontal lockups carry live Archivo text. Convert it to outlines before sending to any vendor, or the letterforms substitute on their machine.
Do not tint the three-beat line across the green ladder. It is always one colour. No ground clears 3:1 against all three tones — the lightest measures 2.34:1 on cream and fails.
Do not close, even up, or redraw the frame’s openings. They are the idea.
Do not straighten the frame’s angle. The tilt is drawn.
Do not add shadows, outlines, strokes, bevels, gradients or metallics.
Do not place the mark in Field green #3E4A2D — it disappears. Use the cream reverse on that ground.
Do not rebuild the letterforms in a system font, or retrace the frame.
Do not abbreviate, reorder, or join the three beats with slashes. It reads Get hired. Stay hired. Get promoted. — three sentences, in that order.
Do not scale below the floors above and hope. Swap to the next mark down instead.
